We may use nonpublic submitted materials to provide the Services you request and to improve BrandedStreams' products and features. We do not use your nonpublic content to train third-party foundation models except where we clearly disclose that practice and, where required, obtain appropriate authorization or consent.

AI-generated outputs may be probabilistic and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for legal, financial, brand safety, or editorial decisions without human review.

A. Service Providers and Contractors
